Returns & Refunds

If you are not happy with your custom T-shirt or hoodie, you can request support from our team.

If your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or with a production defect, we will offer a full refund or send a replacement at no extra cost.

Because each item is made personally for you, we cannot accept returns for incorrect size selection or custom text provided by the customer. Please double-check your word and size before placing your order.

How to request a refund

Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

Send us your order number and, if applicable, a few photos clearly showing the issue.

Refunds are processed back to the original payment method.
